Austin Rivers
LOS ANGELES, CA – MARCH 29: Head coach Doc Rivers of the LA Clippers reatcs as Austin Rivers /

28. Austin Rivers- Los Angeles Clippers

Rivers can’t carry the Clippers offensively and he isn’t good on the defensive end of the court. Lou Williams will see the court off the bench when the Clippers need buckets. Rivers did achieve career highs in all offensive categories last season, but his 2.5 WS and 11.4 PER were less than impressive.

27. Andre Roberson- Oklahoma City Thunder

Andre Roberson can only be so good on defense  to overshadow how big of an offensive liability he is. Roberson is a defensive specialist who can lock it up with most guards in the league. His offense is no existent with no range from 3 (26% career) and is dreadful from the free throw line (49.3% career)
