22. Tim Hardaway Jr- New York Knicks

Hardaway signed a four-year, $71 million dollar deal this offseason joining the Knicks. An insane contract for someone whose career averages include 11 PPG, 2.1 RPG and 1.5 APG. Courtney Lee could see starting time also, but that’s a lot of money to have Hardaway to sit on the bench. Hardaway has a lot to live up to.

21. Evan Fournier- Orlando Magic

Orlando was an awful offensive team last season, averaging 103.7 PPG per 100 Possessions. Fournier lead the team in scoring at 17.2 points per game. He is a solid player, but doesn’t do much to shine as a top shooting guard in this league.
