28. Rondae Hollis-JeffersonBrooklyn Nets

The former Arizona Wildcat’s best attribute is his defensive ability. He has not shown any improvement on the offensive end since being drafted. His best skill is defense ad he is not even that far ahead of the rest of the pack in that regard. He is also unlucky to be playing on the Nets where he is played at the Power Forward position while he is a natural Small Forward.

27. Al-Farouq AminuPortland Trailblazers

Al-Farouq Aminu has been a serviceable player for the Trailblazers. However, he is a limited player. He has decent athleticism to go along with some great length. His occasional three-ball is not enough to launch him up this list.
