24. Patrick Patterson – Oklahoma City Thunder*

Patrick Patterson is as solid as a player as any. You can always expect him to be banging the boards and stretching the floor. He has never been a consistent starter but this is his year to do so. He will surely open the floor for his new teammates, Russell Westbrook and Paul George, allowing them to attack the rim at will.

23. Taj Gibson – Minnesota Timberwolves

Taj Gibson has been a great role player for his entire career. This is the first year of his career where he is the clear-cut starter. He has shown ability to produce in big minutes while he was in Chicago. He is an extremely physical four with a mildly reliable mid-range jumper. Expect his former coach, Tom Thibodeau, to get the most out of his former player.
