20. Bobby PortisChicago Bulls

Bobby Portis played well last year for Fred Hoiberg in Chicago. He improved his three-point range and did enough to steal Nikola Mirotic’s spot in the starting lineup. With an uptick in minutes that will be a result of his new spot as a starter, look for his production to increase as well.

19. Skal LabissiereSacramento Kings

Labissiere is a guy who used to have huge expectations in high school. He was projected to be a top pick in last year’s NBA Draft before enrolling at the University of Kentucky and suiting up for John Calipari. His draft stock plummeted during his time playing at Rupp Arena. He showed flashes of why he was so highly regarded last season with a small sample size and minimal minutes. Similarly to Portis, Labissiere’s production should increase with a new role in the starting lineup.
