14. Aaron GordonOrlando Magic

We all know that Aaron Gordon can jump out of the gym. The problem is that we have known that since he was in high school. He took a bigger role in the Magic’s offense after the departure of Victor Oladipo and delivered. He increased his scoring and looked more comfortable on the court. He was also healthy and was able to start 72 of the 80 games he played for Orlando last year. If Gordon can add a more consistent three-point shot, he could become a problem for opposing NBA defenses.

13. Julius RandleLos Angeles Lakers

While Randle’s rebounding rate dropped last season, he more than made up for it with his added scoring prowess as well as his ability to distribute the basketball to his teammates. He is a skilled ball-handler for his position. He tends to play out of control every once in awhile, but once he figures it out, the Lakers will be enjoying a great talent and contributor for their team.
