23. New York Knicks
Finally, after trading Carmelo Anthony to the Oklahoma City Thunder, the New York Knicks can move forward with their youth movement. And that begins with the continued development of Kristaps Porzingis.
While signing Tim Hardaway Jr. was a bit of a head-scratching offseason move, I susppose it could’ve been worse. And when it comes to the Knicks, that’s progress.
So how good can the Knicks be this season? I’m not exactly sure, but if Frank Ntilikina can provide any production this season they could at the very least be entertaining.
