D’Angelo Russell

Brooklyn Nets, G

Age: 21

I’ve got ICE IN MY VEINS! This may be the riskiest selection for the next possible Generational Player, but it is a risk I’m most willing to take.

Going into his third season, D’Angelo has yet to prove why he should be an NBA All-Star. So far in his two-year career, Russell has averaged 14.3 points, 4.0 assists, and 3.5 total rebounds per game. That may sound nice for an average NBA player, but when you are talking about Generational talent, those numbers are horrifying.

In my personal opinion, I believe D’Angelo Russell can take that stride from average NBA player to superstar talent and eventually Generational talent. This season will be the biggest season for D’Angelo Russell. This season will be a MAKE or BREAK season for Mr. Ice In My Veins.

Brooklyn has handed the keys to D’Angelo and if D’Angelo can do something special, he should be able to run off with that for the rest of his NBA career.
