The Veterans

A few of the holdovers from last year’s Brooklyn Nets team have also looked good early.

Rondae Hollis-Jefferson has impressed me with his confidence on the offensive end. He has been a defensive specialist for much of his young career, but he is starting to make strides on the other end.

He has looked more comfortable shooting in the mid-range and he has been extremely successful at the charity stripe.

Caris Levert is another intriguing prospect on this roster. He has struggled to score efficiently but he has still been able to make an impact on both ends. Levert will need to learn to play with more control, but I like his aggression and confidence. I think he will be a solid rotation player for this team in the coming years.

Spencer Dinwiddie has also been assertive early in the season. He has given the Nets some solid minutes at backup point guard and he had a stellar performance in a win against the Cavaliers, dropping 22 points.

Dinwiddie has shot the ball well from 3 and no shot was bigger than this dagger against the Cavs.
