After a surprisingly quick start to the season, the Indiana Pacers have lost five of their last six games. And their only victory during that span came against the lowly Chicago Bulls.
Nevertheless, the fact that the Pacers have shown at least some sort of life this season, especially after losing Paul George in the summer, should count for something.
Indiana isn’t going to be a playoff team this season, but they’re also not going to be as bad as many thought they’d be coming into the season.
