16. Oklahoma City Thunder

When the Oklahoma City Thunder assembled their big three of Paul George, Russell Westbrook and Carmelo Anthony this offseason, there was talk of this team actually challenging the Warriors for the top seed in the West.

Fast forward a few weeks, and that couldn’t be further than the truth. In fact, if the season ended today (which is an odd hypothetical), the Thunder wouldn’t even be in the playoffs.

This isn’t the time to panic yet if you’re the Thunder. You need to trust the process and hope this team begins to gel sooner or later.
