15. Washington Wizards

The Washington Wizards are really good at talking. Not so much on turning out when the lights are on. And that’s been an issue for this team for the last two seasons.

Washington is going to make the playoffs; that isn’t the issue. The problem with this team is when they play against the other East contenders. Something just isn’t right with this squad. Perhaps they need more firepower?

If so, they have little wiggle room and not much assets to move at the NBA Trade Deadline. Still, this team has enough talent to keep things interesting.
