13. Philadelphia 76ers

Listening to the preseason expectations, I was afraid that the Philadelphia 76ers wouldn’t live up to what many expected them to be. However, though the first few games of the season, the Sixers have actually looked pretty respectable.

If it weren’t for a few dubious losses, the Sixers’ record would look much more formidable. But the story in Philly so far this season has been Ben Simmons.

Simmons is averaging 17 points, eight assists and nine rebounds per game this season. He’s likely the NBA’s Rookie of the Year favorite.
