6. Toronto Raptors

The Toronto Raptors are so reliable. If nothing else, you can head into any regular season knowing that the Raptors, assuming Kyle Lowry and DeMar DeRozan are in the fold, are going to win a lot of games.

And so far this season, it looks like they’re going to be headed in that direction again. The Eastern Conference may have gone through some serious changes this summer, but the Raptors have remained mostly the same.

Is it enough to challenge in the East? So far it hasn’t been.
