28. Sacramento Kings

The Sacramento Kings don’t have the most talent in the NBA, but by drafting De’Aaron Fox this past summer they’re definitely off to a great start in this rebuild. The question is, what will they do next?

The Kings have been here before, just after they drafted DeMarcus Cousins. They knew he would be a player almost immediately, but they did little to surround him with talent.

They can’t afford to do that with Fox this time around.
