Paul George, Oklahoma City Thunder

It hasn’t been an ideal start for the Oklahoma City Thunder so far this season, but they’ve won six of their last eight games and have looked a lot better as of late. Question is, can they continue to build on their recent success or is it simply fool’s gold?

If the wheels fall off between now and February, the Thunder could always turn around and shop Paul George, who may or may not even re-sign with the team after the season. The whispers of him signing with the Los Angeles Lakers haven’t exactly simmered, even with his trade to OKC.

Much like the situation the Pelicans are in with DeMarcus Cousins, the Thunder need to weigh the risks and rewards to a potential trade here.
