When watching the Golden State Warriors this year, 2018 should be the year of appreciation. Stop hate-watching and enjoy the history in the making

Kevin Durant and Stephen Curry deal with more scrutiny than any player in the league.

Kevin Durant having the title of a “snake,” an on-going meme of burner Twitter accounts, and properly being titled a super villain.

It disregards his actual play on the court but Step on the other hand has his play dismissed by NBA fans across the country. Blatantly saying he did not deserve either NBA MVP awards and that he it is not even a top three point guard.

Achieving any form of greatness will always result in some form of hate no matter the situation. Instead, strip away any of the narrative’s involving the players and recognize the actual play. The Golden State Warriors roster and Steve Kerr are the simple reasons as to why KD and Chef Curry should have consideration inside the top 5 of NBA players in anyone’s rankings.
