As we inch closer to the 2018 NBA Draft, we take a closer look at the top 5 point guards in this year’s draft class

With conference play now underway all across the country, the college basketball regular season is about halfway over. Conference play is where you get an idea of how good these prospects really are. You’ll have some new faces emerging as prospects, some prospects that are a better fit for next year’s draft, and prospects that will just fall off the face of the Earth.

Teams were spoiled last year with such a strong point guard 2017 NBA Draft class, headlines by the likes of Markelle Fultz, Lonzo Ball, Dennis Smith, and De’Aaron Fox.

This year’s point guard class is very weak, and is not even close to as good as last year’s. Here’s a breakdown of some of the top 5 point guard prospects in the 2018 NBA Draft class.
