The Move: Trading Ryan Anderson

Daryl Morey doesn’t usually pass up the opportunity to improve their roster, and I wouldn’t expect anything differently this time around. As the NBA trade deadline draws near, there likely isn’t a move out there right now that will help the roster for this season. However, there could be a move made right now that could help them this upcoming summer.

Keeping an eye on Ryan Anderson’s trade value could be the key to Houston’s potential flexibility next summer.

If Morey could find a new home for Anderson at the NBA trade deadline, they should jump at the opportunity. Even if it weakens their team, to a certain extend, this season.
