The Washington Wizards should be the East’s 4th best team, but they’ve struggled to this point with consistency and playing down to their opponents – something that seems to always plague this team.

The Wizards should be able to correct their ways and play with more urgency, especially as the playoffs draw closer and closer. Washington ranks 11th in offensive rating and 8th in defensive rating.

Prediction: 4 seed
