Is it time to blow it up? 

The Charlotte Hornets are five games back in the Eastern Conference playoff picture, and are going nowhere fast. Kemba Walker continues to prove on a nightly basis that he’s really good, but the team leaves a lot to be desired.

Perhaps it’s time to hit the reset button and rebuild around Walker. Or maybe without him. That’s what the Hornets need to figure out during the second half of the season.

This is going to be the second straight season in which they’ve missed the playoffs, barring some huge turnaround, and they can’t continue to field this team if it’s not brining any payoff.
