4. Minnesota Timberwolves

Current Seed: 4th

Record: 27-16

Games remaining vs .500 or better: 19

The Minnesota Timberwolves are owners of the NBA’s longest playoff drought, but that looks to change this season. Minnesota is not only a playoff team, but they should have home court advantage in the first round.

Jimmy Butler is having another excellent season and deserves more respect as a top 10 player in the NBA. The question is, how high could the young Wolves climb in the West standings?

Prediction: 4 seed
