3. San Antonio Spurs

Current Seed: 3rd

Record: 28-15

Games remaining vs .500 or better: 24

The San Antonio Spurs are once again among the NBA’s best on defense, ranking second in defensive rating. San Antonio has been without Kawhi Leonard for most of the season so once he gets healthy and back in game shape the Spurs should take off.

As long as the Spurs remain healthy, the should be one of the toughest out in the playoffs. And perhaps the biggest threat to the Golden State Warriors in the playoffs.

Prediction: 3 seed
