New York Knicks

Record:

19-23 (10th in the East)

The Case:

The New York Knicks have been surprisingly solid to start the year but things are starting to settle down. If they want to make a serious push Kristaps Porzingis will need to start playing like he did early in the season as he has struggled recently. The return of Tim Hardaway Jr. could also give the team a much-needed boost.

The Knicks have lost 8 of their last 10 and they start a 7-game road trip on Monday. This is going to be the stretch that determines where this season is headed. If the Knicks can come out of this without losing too much ground then they may have a real shot.
