12. Portland Trail Blazers (22-20)

The Portland Trail Blazers are a fascinating team, for all the wrong reasons. Sure, they have one of the NBA’s best backcourts, but other than that this team isn’t all that special. And it’s quite amazing that they’re currently sitting in the 5th slot of the Western Conference.

A decision has to be made sooner or later with Portland. This team is currently quite close to its ceiling. I’m not exactly sure how much better they can get.

Is this enough for the Blazers? Is being a really good team in the West, but never being a true contender fine?
