11. Oklahoma City Thunder (23-20)

Along with the Milwaukee Bucks, the Oklahoma City Thunder have to considered one of the most frustrating and confusing teams in the NBA this season. The Thunder has immense talent; led by Russell Westbrook, Paul George and Carmelo Anthony.

Yet, this team continues to disappoint. Just when you think they’re beginning to turn the corner and finding their footing, they go around and lose to a team that they have no business losing to.

Once they get in the playoffs, this team will be dangerous. Though, I have a feeling that this team will never quite live up to its potential. And that’s bad news for fans hoping they’ll be successful enough to keep Paul George around beyond this season.
