4. Toronto Raptors (29-12)
The Toronto Raptors have quietly been the second-best team in the Eastern Conference this season. They’re only two games back of the Boston Celtics in the loss column, and have been much more consistent than a team like the Cleveland Cavaliers.
DeMar DeRozan has added the 3-point shot to his repertoire and the team is playing at an extremely high level.
The question, as is always the case, with the Raptors is what they do in the playoffs. This is a team that has a “choking” narrative attached to them. Can they overcome that this season?
