Wildcard- Pau Gasol

Gasol is the only player on this list who has transformed himself from a star to a role player. He fills his role perfectly and is a perfect San Antonio Spur.

Gasol has added the three ball to help extend his career and is shooting 42 percent from deep. He also has a career-best assist percentage. Popovich has figured out his role on defense as well. Gasol is so smart and always helps his team win.

If the Spurs are to survive without Kawhi, Gasol may need to be even more of a factor. He can handle it, even at his age.
