3. Washington Wizards

The Washington Wizards are one of the most frustrating teams in the Eastern Conference. They have three top talents, in John Wall, Bradley Beal and Otto Porter, but always seem to fall short of expectations.

Last year, though, they appeared ready to break through. However, falling one game short of the Eastern Conference Finals hasn’t exactly prompted them to play with purpose this season. Instead of palying as if they have unfinished business, this team has been operating as a group of complacent players.

When this team is playing at its peak, though, they have a shot against anyone. Even the Cleveland Cavaliers. Just don’t get too invested. They tend to always let their fans down.
