Breaking down our 2018 NBA Draft Big Board 4.0, along with running through some noteworthy headlines

As the college basketball season rolls along, the clock is ticking for NBA prospects to impress, and improve their draft stock. Right now there is a good feel for a lot of these prospects, and what their ceilings and floors could be as prospects.
