12. Washington Wizards (27-22)

The Washington Wizards are in a tough situation. They’ve been the same old up and down Wizards as they’ve been for the past few years, and there’s no question that this team needs to shake up its roster in one way or another.

The problem with that, however, is that this team is in salary cap hell and doesn’t have many assets at its disposal.

I’m not sure how the Wizards can improve before the trade deadline, but I almost feel like something needs to change. Oh, and to make matters worse, John wall is nursing a sore knee and he’s getting a second opinion on it. Sounds fine.
