4. Toronto Raptors (32-15)

While all the attention has been on the Cleveland Cavaliers and Boston Celtics in the Eastern Conference, the Toronto Raptors have quietly been one of the most impressive teams in the NBA. And they could feel that this might be their year.

If so, making a deal before the trade deadline wouldn’t be the worst thing in the world. If the Raptors feel that the Cavs are truly vulnerable, they should go all-in with this team.

I’m not sure what deal there is for the Raptors to make, but expect them to be active. They will make a few calls. It’s the least they could do.
