29. Atlanta Hawks (14-35)

Even though the Hawks have four wins in their last 11 games, they’re still on pace to finish with one of the worst records in the NBA. The Hawks will likely finish with their least amount of wins in team history, since moving to Atlanta.

I’m not sure how they plan on attacking the trade deadline, but they’d be foolish to not at the very least take a few calls on Kent Bazemore.

Atlanta is headed for a long, complete rebuild and a player like Bazemore should be viewed as an asset.
