2. Houston Rockets (34-13)

Much like many other top contenders on this list, the Houston Rockets don’t necessarily have to make a move ahead of the NBA trade deadline. Although, they could make one.

Houston would make a move that would improve their depth; not necessarily to shift the shape of the roster. Even though DeAndre Jordan’s name has been connected to Houston over the last couple of weeks, don’t expect that deal to get done.

The Rockets are perfectly happy with the job that Clint Capela has done as the team’s starting center, and they have no reason to change up what has been working for the team as of late.
