23. Memphis Grizzlies (17-31)

I’m not 100 percent sure what the Memphis Grizzlies are going to do ahead of the NBA trade deadline, but I know I’m not going to like it. If anything, Memphis will likely move Tyreke Evans, who has had an impressive bounce back season.

However, what they should be doing is blowing it all up. And that means trading Marc Gasol. It was announced that Mike Conley will miss the remainder of the season, and that likely puts the final dagger on their season.

Memphis will likely finish with a top 10 pick – probably better – and they’re going to end up with a really talented rookie. So, it’s not all bad news.
