Clippers keep Jordan

After weeks of speculation, the LA Clippers elected to stand pat and NOT trade DeAndre Jordan ahead of the trade deadline.

After they moved Blake Griffin a couple weeks ago, it was almost a forgone conclusion that the Clippers were on their way to a complete rebuild. Instead, LA decided to extend Lou Williams and keep Jordan for the remainder of the season.

Now, the Clippers will gauge their options regarding both players in the summer. Jordan has a player option for next season, and could elect to opt in instead of hitting free agency. This move could end up working out for the Clippers after all.
