NBA Trade Rumors: 8 things to watch for on trade deadline day

Will the Celtics make a move?

The Boston Celtics are reportedly in the running to land Tyreke Evans from the Memphis Grizzlies. Memphis is seeking a first-round pick for the former rookie standout, and the Celtics have a ton of assets.

Question is, will Danny Ainge be willing to dig deep in his pocket for a first-round pick to throw at Memphis for what will likely be a rental for a run in the playoffs?

Recent reports suggest that the Celtics could be shopping Marcus Smart, an impending free agent, for an additional first-round pick to send to Memphis for Evans. In other words, Ainge is hoping to essentially make a Smart for Evans swap at the deadline.

Will he get it done?
