Stock Up: Detroit Pistons

Before losing to the LA Clippers Friday night, the Detroit Pistons had the longest winning streak in the East (of five games) since pulling off the Blake Griffin trade. They have successfully climbed back into the playoff picture.

The Pistons have looked much improved and more energetic since the trade and with other teams like Philadelphia and Indiana not making any moves it appears that the Pistons could pass one of them for a spot.

Detroit made a risky move in trading for Griffin who has a big contract and a history of injuries but so far it’s paying off.
