15. Chicago Bulls: Troy Brown, SG/SF, Oregon

At some point there’s no longer any way to deny that Troy Brown is a lottery level talent. If the Bulls got Brown outside the lottery they need to jump on him right away. Brown’s got NBA size and length for a wing and probably excels as a secondary creator at the next level.

Brown can be plugged in with the second unit and be the lead ball handler. However, it would be interesting to see how he fits in with the first team. A lineup consisting of Markkanen, Porter, Troy Brown, LaVine, and Dunn would really excel in transition offensively.

This isn’t the greatest fit for Troy Brown and not being a more ball dominant player doesn’t maximize his offensive potential, but it’s too hard to see Brown falling lower in this draft.
