2018 NBA Power Rankings: Have the Cleveland Cavaliers figured it out?

11. Portland Trail Blazers (32-26)

The Portland Trail Blazers didn’t really make much of a splash at the NBA trade deadline, unlike many believed they would, but they’re still almost a sure fire to make the playoffs in the West.

Is that good enough? We’ll see in the summer, but there’s no question that this team will likely need some sort shakeup soon. The good news is that this team has some really nice assets and players to build around.

They aren’t the most flexible when it comes to salary cap, but they always find a way to make it work.
