26. Sacramento Kings (18-39)

On most nights, the Sacramento Kings look like a team that has absolutely no idea what they’re doing – and a big part of that is likely the franchise’s erratic leadership. However, they do have some nice young pieces.

De’Aaron Fox has shown some real promise, but the team is still lacking overall roster talent. And that’s a big problem when it comes this team’s rebuild.

Sacramento has a lot more heavy lifting to do in that department before they can really matchup with the rest of the Western Conference. Right now, though, they need to compile as many assets as they can – and avoid making the dubious splash in the summer. I still don’t understand that whole George Hill deal.
