NBA: Predicting how the 2017-18 season will play out

As the NBA’s stretch run begins post All-Star break, here are 10 predictions for the remainder of the season

Just like that, there is roughly a quarter of the season remaining in the 2017-18 NBA campaign. Well, the regular season.

The NBA Playoffs begin in mid-April, and there’s a frenzy for a number of teams to break into the field of 16. While there are a number of storylines that will be interesting follows for the final six, or so, weeks of the NBA season, there’s no question that some teams’ futures will be determined, or at least somewhat impacted, in the last 20 games of the regular season.

Even though most teams in the NBA already know their fate by this point in the season, there are still a number of factors that sill need to play out.

Here are 10 predictions for the final stretch of the 2017-18 NBA season.
