26. Los Angeles Lakers: Melvin Frazier SG/SF Tulane
The Lakers have a ton of money to play with this offseason, and are looking to make a splash in free agency. However, the Lakers this year, and the players they have on the roster have one common problem. They can’t play defense.
The Lakers are currently 28th in opponents points per game giving up 110 points a night. Melvin Frazier is a quick twitch, athletic guard from Tulane that projects to be an awesome NBA defender. He might have the best lateral quickness defending out of any player in the class.
