28. Brooklyn Nets: Keita Bates-Diop PF/SF Ohio State

Big Board Rank: 25

The Brooklyn Nets are bad. The rank 25th in points allowed, unfortunately their really aren’t any great defenders left other than Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. However, the Nets already have enough issues trying to figure out if D’Angelo Russell or Spencer Dinwiddie is their lead guard.

The Nets also rank in the bottom three in field goal percentage and three point percentage. Brooklyn just needs somebody who can put the ball in the basket. So why not take Keita Bates-Diop who is averaging 19 points while shooting 49 percent from the field and 36.5 percent from three. Bates-Diop should project well offensively in a small ball four role, but defense will be the question.
