The Hawks are going to be a familiar name on the clock in the draft. They’ve already selected Luka Doncic and Jontay Porter. Both are tremendous offensive talents, but are lacking defensively.

With the Hawks selecting Shai Gilegous-Alexander they are getting a player who is valued highly for his defense. He also can get into the lane and make plays for your teammates aren’t great at creating for themselves.
