23 and younger: The top of the NBA’s bright future

19. Jaylen Brown, Boston Celtics

Jaylen Brown is phenomenal.

I’m very excited about Brown because the type of 3-and-D player he is. He can pretty much fit onto any NBA team and help their system improve, which can’t be said about a lot of these players.

The crazy part is, there is a feeling around the league that Brown is already close to his peak, which is why he falls on this list.

It’s not a knock on his upside though, Brown can put a contender team over the top and help them win a championship with ease.

His comp is used a lot, Andre Iguodala. I believe he has the potential to be a lock-down defender and extremely efficient on offense, much like Khawhi Leonard, but that is a tough ceiling and a really hot take.

Guys like Justise Winslow and Andre Roberson need to watch Brown more often.
