22. Chicago Bulls (24-45)

For a team that many predicted would have the worst record in the NBA this season, the Chicago Bulls have actually been better than many predicted this season. They’ve had both their bright moments and low ones.

Perhaps the biggest thing, though, has been the flashes that both Lauri Markannen and Zach LaVine has shown this season.

If nothing else, the Bulls know they have two pieces to build for the future. That will be considered a win coming off this season to forget (record-wise) for the Bulls.
