8. Cleveland Cavaliers (40-29)

Despite the new faces, the Cleveland Cavaliers continue to struggle. They may have some new names on their roster, and some younger legs, but this Cavs team is performing much like the old one.

Kevin Love should be returning this week, so that should give them a shot in the arm. Although, there something off with this Cavs team.

Can they turn it on in the playoffs? We’re going to find out fairly soon. Just think, this could finally be the year for the Toronto Raptors. Pretty insane.
