4. Boston Celtics (47-22)

The Boston Celtics have been plagued by injuries for much of the season. It began with Gordon Hayward going down with a gruesome injury on opening night and is ending with the likes of Marcus Smart and Daniel Theis likely being lost for the remainder of the season.

It was also reported a few days ago that Hayward had suffered a setback recently in his rehabbing and likely won’t return at all this season. Which was originally the case.

The Celtics will be the second seed in the East, but because of their recent injuries it’s no guarantee that they make it to the Eastern Conference Finals.
