2018 NBA Power Rankings: Should the Houston Rockets be the favorites in the West?

28. Atlanta Hawks (20-50)

The Atlanta Hawks desperately need to win the 2018 NBA Draft Lottery. I’m not saying that because I’m a Hawks fan; I’m saying it because I simply can’t see any big time free agent choosing to sign with the Hawks.

Couple that along with the fact that they don’t really have any young, high ceiling prospects to build around at the moment, and you can see why it’s imperative for the Hawks to secure a top 3, at least, draft pick.

The easiest way to build in the NBA is via the draft.
